Nuremberg/Aschaffenburg, 2 May 2016 – DPD iloxx eService GmbH has once more been honoured as one of the top companies in Germany for its customer focus. For the fifth time in succession the subsidiary of international parcel and express service provider DPD ranks among the top 50 in the “TOP SERVICE Deutschland 2016” competition. The award is based on customer surveys and the evaluation model of the Institute for Market-oriented Management headed byProf. Christian Homburg from the University of Mannheim. Also involved in organising the competition are the “Handelsblatt” business journal and management consultants ServiceRating and Yougov.
