TNT Express N.V. announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) held today in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands, has appointed Mr Maarten de Vries as a member of the Executive Board of TNT Express N.V. in the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr de Vries joined TNT on 1 July 2014.
Furthermore, the EGM adopted the resolution proposed by the Supervisory Board to grant full and final release and discharge from liability to Mr Bernard Bot for his functioning as member of the Executive Board of TNT Express N.V. until and including 30 June 2014.
